Aspirance were excellent, taking the time to get to know the Academy to find out exactly what we needed in our Executive Director of Music role.  Although the search was never going to be an easy one, they worked hard, with their network of contacts, to find a candidate who matched all the criteria in our brief. It was a pleasure to work with Aspirance on two key appointments for Downe House, our Chaplain and Business Development Director.
