Aspirance Leadership Services

Whether working with an individual member of staff or with a team, the Aspirance approach is not to tell you what to do but to ask questions which promote the deep reflection on practice and relationships and, if you allow it, the emotions of school life, which we so often ignore but which are essential if we are to lead cultural and personal change in ourselves and our schools.

We were delighted to engage Aspirance recently to conduct a consultation process with some of our parents. The survey was undertaken with thoroughness and sensitivity which helped Shrewsbury School to focus on its plans or the future.

Over the past two years, Aspirance has been a frequent visitor to Warminster School, either to provide staff inset or as part of a coaching programme for senior leaders. At all times, Andrew has been flexible, tailored his advice and adapted to the School's specific needs. It has been a pleasure to work with the company and I recommend them.

I could not have wished for a more professional and insightful appraisal of my Head of Upper School: it has enabled her to develop a clear set of priorities for the development of her team while at the same time establishing real clarity for the progression of her own career.

Aspirance recently conducted 360 degree appraisals for me my SLT.  Having been through similar processes before, I have to say this was by far the most impressive, thorough and professional. Andrew Trotman’s approach was sensitive and supportive but he also drilled down to our key developmental issues and then offered us helpful advice on how to address them.  I would recommend Aspirance highly to others.
