Aspirance offered discerning and helpful inset at Harrow School to those aspiring to leadership roles.  I whole-heartedly recommend Andrew Trotman and the work that he does at Aspirance.

The service provided by Aspirance to the School was excellent and we were delighted that we were in a position to interview such a high calibre of candidates. Mr Trotman took time to engage with the School Governors, Senior Management Team and key members of staff to gain a greater insight into the culture of the School which assisted with ensuring the short-listed candidates all met the person specification. Over the past two years, Aspirance has been a frequent visitor to Warminster School, either to provide staff inset or as part of a coaching programme for senior leaders.
