Our focus is on recruitment to senior leadership teams, of heads/principals, senior deputies, bursars and development/marketing directors.

We believe strongly that no standard model of leadership can work in every instance, and that different circumstances demand different leadership styles.  Context is all important, so we start every recruitment project by working with governors to scope out the leadership profile that can best meet the current needs of the organisation and its required direction of travel.

We also believe that even the best appointment carries risks and we work with governors to deliver the most robust outcomes to each search.  We are open in highlighting areas of development need in even the best candidates and our standard recruitment offer includes a programme of induction and post-appointment coaching to help our candidates become quickly successful.
