  • Aspirance recently conducted 360 degree appraisals for me my SLT.  Having been through similar processes before, I have to say this was by far the most impressive, thorough and professional. Andrew Trotman’s approach was sensitive and supportive but he also drilled down to our key developmental issues and then offered us helpful advice on how to address them.  I would recommend Aspirance highly to others.

  • Andrew and Stephen provided an excellent bespoke service to me and my re-formed Executive Team, enabling us to start the new academic year with a real bang. Detailed advance planning and consultation, effective delivery on the day -  including some artful, thought-provoking exercises  - meant that all participants felt the day was extremely useful. There was generous post-event follow-up too. Overall: an excellent way to help develop the effectiveness of your executive team.

  • Andrew Trotman from Aspirance was engaged to provide a 360 degree appraisal of the Head of College involving all key stakeholders. This proved to be a thorough, positive and very professional experience which has been a great help in driving forward our next phase of development in leadership. The process has been aided by the coaching sessions which followed on from the appraisal which has helped to embed the changes and enhancements we have been looking for.

  • We were delighted to engage Aspirance recently to conduct a consultation process with some of our parents. The survey was undertaken with thoroughness and sensitivity which helped Shrewsbury School to focus on its plans or the future.
